3 a.m. thoughts in my head,

Heading to sleep while I’m dreaming.

Sound of thunder coming down on me,

Dread to take down the curtain.

Thoughts in my head too loud,

Voices in my head telling me I’m too lost.

I wait ’till it stops pouring.

RIP to my shame filled life,

Monster looking back at me,

Shattering my face of self love.

I shatter theirs right back,

Blood on my hands from their face,

Glass piercing my skin,

The show is over.

Curtains fall down.

Back to the 3 a.m. thoughts

Stuck in my head.
